Hi everyone -- haven't posted in a while. My son steals my camera regularly, I still need to find that perfect spot to take pics on a tripod etc..etc...excuses. But, recently I got an iPhone (and downloaded the YLF app!) and am starting to use it. I tried to lighten these photos up to show the trousers, and length.
I was in Seattle again for only 12 hours last week (from the East Coast), brutal! But, I took a couple of shots in the hotel mirror, because I was so pleased with my recent NAS purchase of Halogen Taylor trousers, which I had hemmed to PPL! Thank you, Angie! I got rid of almost every pair of pants/trousers this summer because they were too short, though I had a few pairs that are part of a suit lengthened as much as the hem allowed, and now am investing in the hem every time. The Taylor trouser is a perfect fit at the waist and hips on me -- I'm curvy, 5'4", and got a 6 regular, which needed a hem. I have just ordered 2 more pairs, and they are still on sale.
The top is a CABI sweater jacket that my sister recommended a few seasons ago. I wish you could see the shoes which are really cool - moss gray/green with a sort of metallic gray detail. ( But, of course, since I'm at PPL, the shoes are not so visible!) I'll take a better pic of them soon.
(As I am writing this, it looks like the photos are cutting off at the ankles...hope it shows up better when it posts.)
