PMWIW: yesterday's casual blazer

This is a MOTG uniform for me : knit blazer, bootcut jeans with booties. Easy peasy for a hectic morning.

Worn to my 3-year olds preschool recital (she was a flower in case you were curious about the hat...)
Jeans: ON
Striped top: old, Olivia moon
Knit blazer : Caslon, new this year
Booties : seychelles in cognac
Bag: Fossil (a recent end of season score to replace my worn out diaper bag)

How long into winter do you think I can keep wearing the bag? I'm liking it alot but it is pretty summery

Ooh, I like the colour of your jacket and the tone of your belt echoes it nicely. As for your bag, I don't see why you can't use it in whatever season you wish. I'm pretty certain I've seen Shannon (Transcona Shannon) sporting a cream bag in winter.

I love the colored knit blazer. Knit blazers are my favorite since they are as comfortable as a sweatshirt but look so much better. Your DD is adorable!

Love the bits of cognac with the burgundy. Perfect fits and modern classic pieces are always a win -- and aren't knit jackets fabulous? I'm always on the lookout for new ones, since I wear them into the ground!

I'm not sure of your climate -- if you live in the bay area, I think you can wear it most of the year.

This is a great FFBO, it's simple but all of the details are perfect in terms of fit, proportion and color. As far as the bag goes, I think Angie would say, there are no rules, especially with white. If the bag were a particularly summery shade of green or coral, that might be different, but white and cream are pretty much year-round now.

You and DD look ah...maz...ing...What a delightful MOTG outfit...I love the sweater, knit shirt and booties...great look...Your little girl is just precious in her flower costume...You should print the picture of the two of you....just perfect...
I would definitely enjoy the bag...If we can wear white jeans in winter, then we can certainly use a creme bag..I vote not to put it away...
