Great dress, Christine! I'd probably go with the black strappy sandals (can you take a pic with those?) and pearls- a chunky pearl choker and a multi strand bracelet (or a long strand wound around and around).

Hi Christine- you look great in that colour! It really goes wonderfully with your dark hair. Shoes-wise, I like either of the pairs you've posted. Personally, I wouldn't go with black unless you're using some black accessories, too. The strappy silver and the red ones are just so much more summery, in my mind.

As for accessories, I definitely see this working with a chunky pearl or pale-bead choker, like Khris said. My first thought, though, was what about a fun floral brooch like this one that Angie has:

I can see this working really well, just off to the side of the neckline. Actually, a floral brooch and a strand of pearls would be fab together, too. Extra-fab if you could get a red/white spotty brooch!

Of course, none of this helps if you can't find those accessories/don't want to buy new ones. What do you have to work with?

I like the idea of pearls - I don't have a necklace, but I'm going to go out looking today. I have limited shopping options, so we'll see what I find. This sounds silly, but would I look for a pearl bracelet too? Or a different bracelet? This is why I'm so bad at accessories...

Ele, I like the idea of a floral pin. I will definitely keep my eyes open when I'm out. My shoe option might depend on what I find in terms of a bag. I'm hoping for a cute clutch, but I might be overly optimistic. Times like this are when I really curse living in a rural, non-shopping area.

I'd definitely go with the silver pair. Do you have a silver belt? I think it would look great, but if you don't have one it's ok too.
For some reason, I prefer not to wear necklaces with formal dresses. I vote for chunky silver bracelet and dangly earrings.

What a beautiful dress!! You look great. I would go with a chunky pearl necklace and the first shoes. Do you have a cropped jacket or dressy cardigan? Cream or white would be nice. You will look beautiful!

If you haven't left yet - I'd either skip the necklace and go for dangly earrings and a great bracelet or look for a longer necklace to make sure it shows over the neckline of dress.
Pearls are also good choice! I like the strappy sandals in silver myself.

So beautiful! Christine, the dress is simply divine on you! I love it with the silver sandals. Pearl or silver accessories would be great. I think one statement accessory is enough - either dangling earrings, or a pearl choker, or a chunky silver bracelet.

I love the dress...beautiful red and it looks great on you. I would suggest a great pair of earrings without a necklace. I also find that red looks lovely with a gold shoe. Not the metallic, shiny type. One that leans more towards bronze. Black shoes are fine, definitely a safe bet. You'll look great regardless I'm sure!!

Thank you for all the feedback. I ended up with a silver cuff bracelet and earrings. No clutch, but I'm hoping that I see a Target on the way because I love some of the clutches that bellacville posted. I'll post pictures when I get a chance.

Funny you should ask about the length Angie - I actually just had it hemmed, and I swear, when she was measuring, it was shorter. When I tried it on, it was about an inch longer than I thought it was going to be. But, I don't have time to get it re-hemmed before the wedding. Oh well.
