I am putting together an outfit for a black tie optional gala at a casino. I will be at a table of researchers who have received grants from the charity (breast cancer research).

I am leaning towards 1 or 2 (David Meister dress in bright blue or JCrew origami dress in navy). The shoes could be either one of the 3 (black Okalas, red wedges, grey suede wedges). Don't have much in terms of statement necklaces, and the necklines are complicated enough, I think. Do I need hose, and should it be nude? I have some nude micro fishnets but might need to get shear nude hose.
