@RandomThought - Oh, the poor baby! I've got my little girl Hannah curled up next to me right now, still groggy and out of it from anesthesia for her teeth cleaning today.

Slightly OT: I find it adorable how the entire menagerie - dogs and cats - have each come up and given her a thorough, and thoughtful, sniffing ... stem to stern. So much to absorb and mull over later. LOL! Meanwhile Hannah lay there with her eyes closed, barely able to muster a growl when GSD Trinka's huge, cold, wet nose pressed into her privates. Eeek.

My precious boy will be 10yrs old in 10 days, so I know that he is nearing the end of his life and it just breaks my heart Thee furbabies certainly have a way of getting right to the very core of us!

Theresa, Biscuit also will be 10 soon and the average life-span of Shar Pei is 8-10 years, so I know how you feel....hopefully both our furbabies will go far beyond the norm !
