Hi all. I meant to post yesterday but ended up shopping instead. (BTW,I did buy that bag).

I weighed in yesterday to find out I lost 2.2 lbs. Yay! I think it had to do with getting my bicycle back from the shop and riding in to work every day last week.

It was a lot of work trying to eat right and exercise too. I ended up working out every day except yesterday. I'm still trying to make goal my the end of the month to lose 6 lbs. Wish me luck!!

To hold myself accountable, I always make a list of my activities for the week which are:

Sun: Rest
Mon: bike to work and back, take HIIT and ab class
Tue: bike to work, Run 5 miles, bike home
Wed: bike to work, HIIT class and abs, bike home
Thu: bike to work, Yoga or Boot Camp, bike home
Fri: bike to work, Body Pump, abs bike home
Sat: Weigh in, ballet

So how is everyone with their exercise and healthy eating routines?
