Not sure if these boots work or not

I got these boots at a garage sale last summer. Are they stylish? I am more of a classic dresser and these sort of remind me of "KISS"...but if you gals think they would be acceptable, I won't buy another black pair.

I would not describe those particular boots as classic but more of a funky, rocker boot. Do they work with jeans? Maybe you can keep an eye out for a different style in different color to have some variety.
