Here's a non-NAS story, that took place during NAS. July 1 ordered quality pants on sale for $100 off. I knew they would work, because they were a duplicate of a black pair I loved, but in ink. They predicted an early August delivery. I was fine with that. July 21, I get an email saying the order can't be fulfilled because the item was out of stock at the time of the order. Very late notice and very rare sales on this brand. I called, they found the item in stock at non-sale price. CSA allowed the sale price, apologized for the confusion and spontaneously suggested 2 day shipping as a courtesy for my inconvenience. So while I found the 3 week delay in canceling excessive and inaccurate, the stepping up to make it right was impressive. Here's hoping they get here! Shout out to CSAs who go the extra mile even during NAS chaos.
