I ordered 2 pairs of pants on clearance for my DD from Nordstrom Rack. We only received one pair, and when I checked the order details online, it said that the other pair had been "cancelled," but the $ total is still the same. I then called customer service, and was told that it takes a while for them to adjust the price. I'm rather irritated because I never received an email about it, and there was no paperwork in the package. I had to search for the information, and now I'm having to wait for a refund.
