rute, LOVE the outfit! That is a fab voluminous top. I love how it flows from under the bust without any of the pesky empire seam gathers most tops I come across seem to have. You rocked this challenge! And I can tell you are having fun with your new shoes ;-)

ah ah niva! You have noticed! I love my new shoes.. I'm always in heels but since I bought this flat sandals I can't use my old high shoes.. they are so comfy... my favorite shoe for the summer, indeed!

I think you look great, rute! I love how saturated the purple is, and I think the voluminous top is balanced out by the pencil skirt very well.

Rute, you are so rocking the fearless challenge! I LOVE that color on you, and the top looks great in general. The sleeves are a bit hard to see in detail in the photo, but they certainly aren't awful.

Wow, gorgeous color and the volume totally works since it is fitted at the bust. My only suggestion is to leave it a little more open at the neck (is it button up?) just so that we can see your neckline and your pretty necklace. Way to work those new sandals!

Rute, I think the top is gorgeous on you but I would not really call it a voluminous top. It seems to have some shape built into it which makes it more of an empire waist. Voluminous tops do not cinch in anywhere (except in the case of banded tops which cinch at the hem). Either way, the color and the shape are VERY flattering on you and I love your shoes! I don't mind the sleeves either.

You look so va va voom in your photo. I can see why you love both the pencil skirt and the sandals.
