I ordered these from Outnet for 80 bucks and I cannot believe how nice they are. They fit great and that chain is KILLIN me!! I know they are high but I really needed a game changing shoe. This does the job for a nice price. WIW to come.

Those are very cool! Too high for me still, but I'm interested in the trends in this area. Some kind of heeled loafers (or a kind of loafer-pump) in lower heels is one of the types of shoes I could wear with skirts, as well as booties, shooties or laceless oxford with up to 2"--the more style options, the more chances to find something comfortable with a bit of heel so it's not all flats, all the time. So I'm always wondering what "updates" help footwear in these types of styles.

I feel like a total Manrepeller in this getup but I feel comfortable and ME. GAP men's shirt, Uniqlo wide leg high waisted jeans, ZARA boulle topcoat, Chanel camellia from actual shop wrappings, Shutz shoes w chain detail. Pearl ear cuff Nordstrom.

Going to casual afternoon kids orchestra concert.

I can wear the high heel with a wider block like that....fun for occasions when lots of sitting but you want to make an entrance/impression!

I like them - and for 80$ - if you can walk in those things without tearing your feet to shreds - then go for it! I love those jeans on you too.

They are pretty comfortable for being so high! I do think it is the chunkiness of the heel that permits this height. I put a gel pad under the ball of foot for extra comfort. Sometimes you just have to sacrifice comfort for a few hours....

Love it all. I've always loved a block-heeled loafer, and I totally agree that you can go pretty high with those. But yours are undoubtedly the best I have seem AMAZING. I also love those Uniqlo jeans .... may have to check them out. Hmmmm.

Fab as always! The shoes are killer! Now that I'm running again, I will avoid any heels taller than 2.5 - 3 inches, but I do find that varying my heel height day to day helps my feet. I think it's good for them to walk in different patterns and use the muscles in slightly different ways.

Those are most excellent, and I like the outfit too. I don't see it as man-repelling at all -- the proportions are not typical, but still plenty flattering.
