New Purse - Keep or return?

I have been wanting a blue purse for a while. I found a Nine West bag at TJ Maxx for a great price, but when I got it home I wasn't sure about the color. Is the blue too bright or trendy?

Oh, I love that purse Violet! The color is so pretty! I would certainly keep it, it would be great for spring!

Love that bag. Just think how great that would look with white(skirt,tee,jeans) or with denim and white! I think the style is timeless as well. Good job!

Gorgeous! Not too 'out there' of a blue, so I think it will 'age' well. If the shape and style are good for you, I think you should keep!

If I remember correctly, you look great in colors like that, so I would think it's a great purchase for you, and would go with lots of things you wear.

I have been searching for the perfect lush leather purse in that color! I love that color because it goes equally well with black based outfit, and brown based outfits. Fabulous!

Great color, Violet. It's not too bright, just perfect. I find it very soothing, too.

I think it's pretty. Of course, I don't understand what is meant by being "trendy" so maybe I'm not the best person to ask, but the other responses seem to confirm my suspicion

Maya - I guess by "trendy" I was wondering if maybe the shade of blue was too bright or garish and might look dated in a few years. I really like the shape of the purse, but just wasn't sure about the color, so I'm glad it got a thumbs up.

It's a more general statement Violet. I am clueless about what is trendy and what isn't--I just wear whatever I want and whatever looks good on me! I used to have this cranberry colored dress and someone told me the color was VERY 70's. I didn't have a clue. If 70's colors look good on me, so be it :p
