Hi all!
The Topshop vest came yesterday and the Kut skinnies came this morning.
I tried on the pants immediately and they are awesome! I was sad to take them off but had to redress for work! The fabric and pattern is just divine! I ordered the 10. I will post pics asap for input.
The vest is way too big. Granted it is a boxy cut but it is really oversized! While it was on its way to me I saw Sveta's post re the same. So I was wondering whether to order a 6 or 8 instead. It is very well made! I am excited and hubby really liked it too and said probably a 6 so I went with that. We shall see.
I did a second order... the Franco Sarto oxfords in grey and taupe. They came immediately. They fit perfectly! I highly recommend. I'm never sure about the beige color family with online ordering so I wanted to see the taupe in person. Both colors are beautiful!

I just have to see if I can keep both. It would be a tough choice!

YES. The vest runs one to two sizes big, so do size down. It's suppose to be fashionably oversized though, so take your cue from the fit on the model. (It's really well made, isn't it - thank you Topshop).

Glad the pants worked out. They've been quite the hit so far. And good recommendation on the oxfords. You're having a wonderful sale, Donna.

I can't wait to see these fab items on you. Those oxfords look amazing. May I ask if your feet are average or low volume? I find FS sometimes runs a little narrow. If they aren't running narrow, I will face the same color quandary as you. Thanks for posting!

kellygirl- I'm not sure about the volume issue even though I've searched some of the archives. I can share my specifics though: I have two different feet that makes me have to pass on lots of shoes. My left foot is a size 10 - A width. But the ankle and top of foot area has inflammation from my accident and surgeries. My right foot is a size 9 - C width-with a bunion. I would say both feet are bony-not very fleshy. (If I am barefoot on my kitchen tile it sometimes hurts because my foot goes down into the grout!) Does this help at all? With initial try on they felt so good but I will wear them around the house a little and see if I can tell you anything else. : ) They are so well made too.

Wow, these pants are such a hit this year! And I got them last year. Mine fit like skinnies, and seeing them pop back up in everyone's posts is making me a) yearn for cooler weather so I can wear them, and b) wish I also had them a size larger for a looser, more trouser-like fit. But I enjoyed wearing them even in a skinny fit. They're really versatile -- I think you'll enjoy them! Good luck with the vest, and I like the shoes too.

I tried styling them after work yesterday. It was very frustrating because it is 95 degrees and humid and I was pulling out fall stuff and I couldn't get any decent pictures due to lighting and our bathroom being a construction zone. I agree on not wanting to wait to wear them!

Thanks, Donna. I think A means narrow and C sometimes means wide? I think my best bet is to try them in person My feet are pretty average--not wide but definitely on the wider side of average. The good thing is that if they are comfortable on a bunion, they will probably be pretty comfy period. Thanks for the feedback!

Janet, if it makes you feel better I am not sure sizing up in these Kuts would make them seem like loose trousers - I think they would look more like stretched out skinnies because of the stretchy fabric. But they are pretty fab!
