NAS: having to sit it out but enjoying everyone's purchases

After a long hard look at my finances I just have to sit out this years sale
I have a number of things in my cart that I would just love to have but ..they will have to wait or just weren't meant to be.
That said. I am LOVING seeing all of your purchases! Particularly when you show them on yourself. And as always I am in awe of and completely appreciate Angie's roundup.

So I will continue to live vicariously through you all!

And I am hoping that the 35.00 pair of rock port boots I found on Amazon fit!

Aww, Momo. It is hard to sit out the sale. I know because I have done so a number of times. But yes, it's great to see how all these items work (and don't work) on real people, isn't it? And it gives great inspiration for fall outfits. Crossing fingers for your boots!

You will thank yourself later for your wise self control now! Last year was my first experience with NAS, and I noticed some items were later offered at prices as good as or even better than the sale; maybe you can pick up something wonderful later.

I agree with windchime. Many items end up on sale later for a lower than NAS price.

Suz- a little hard but yes I reall am enjoying seeing what people are getting!
Windchime- yes. It is hard for me to be financially responsible so this is a big one but maybe later

I don't think I can make it out until next week and only the dregs are left, lol. But honestly, I have to admit living vicariously is awful filling. I do already feel I've shopped a storm and feel happy. Lolol!

More agreement with Rachylou. I am also having to sit this sale out having just spent a fortune on a house and not having sold the older one yet. I am also waiting to see what I will need most in a different location and climate and am hoping some of the best items will later turn up in my size at the Rack as sometimes happens.
It is hard as I see several pieces I'd love to have and some I could justify.
It is fun seeing everyone's selections...a virtual shopping trip with nothing to have to pack and move.

Actually, you know, I got Firecracker's Free People sweater practically a year later at the Rack. An SA originally suggested it to me and I wasn't receptive, but then... well and then if I'd just waited another season, Target had a sweater remarkably like it. Lol!
