This is what I wore the other day. As I was pulling it together, I decided it was one of my more RATE outfits as opposed to my norm.
I'm not thrilled with it... but it got me through the day.

Are you not thrilled because it's RATE or just not liking it regardless? Because I think you look edgy and adorable all at once. I was stunned to see the title of your post - is a Queen ever truly RATE?

Actually, I really liked it while I was wearing it... I felt very edgy and hip. It is in seeing the picture that I'm second guessing. I tried fully untucked, fully tucked and then settled on the half tuck to which my husband looked at me askew and said "hmmm, I'm not sure what I think of your half tuck thing there"

Definitely a little different for you but I like it. Proportions are good and you look a little edgy without looking contrived.

Its nice to play outside the norm once in a while. I think the outfit looks very nice and especially the pants. They fit beautifully and are a touch edgy without even trying.

I like this outfit, including the half-tuck (and I'm impressed that your husband knows what a half-tuck IS!)

A rougher shoe would bring this a little more RATE, booties or CONS, maybe.....

I like, but that delicate pink floral print would have to go. It would have to be a black and white graphic print to be totally RATE. I'm not sure what you don't like about this look... I think it's great!!
