First off, thanks to all of the Canadian fabbers who guided my journey during the Labor Day weekend full of sightseeing and shopping. I've been traveling the last few weeks and haven't had much time to post. Here's the rundown on what I broke my August fast buying, for those who're interested.

First stop was Exposure where I found a gorgeous midnight blue 3/4 length puffer coat with hood that will be perfect for travel and around town. Next, DH and I popped into Judith & Charles and found a fantastic oatmeal wool moto with black leather sleeve fronts. On their sale pile was a cream silk and linen (sleeves) bomber sweater that is a perfect light topper for Spring/Fall and in my office where some meeting rooms are cool when my office is warm. I got to wear it with my orphan pleated skirt to a baby shower on Saturday.

Labor Day morning we had breakfast with the lovely and charming fabber, Jackiec, who looked as stunning as ever! Later that afternoon we hit a few more places. Holt Renfrew, where you can see all the designers that we barely carry in Seattle, was a real feast for the eyes! Bought a gorgeous forest green cocoon sweater at Aritzia just down the street, and thought I had died and gone to heaven in Little Burgundy (shoe store). Found two of the items on my wish list; a pair of cognac Chelsea's and a pair of short distressed, black leather rocker booties. Also hit the Icebreakers store and found some great soft wool waterfall cardigans for layering. I wore one on the plane home from Frankfurt last week instead of using the plane blanket (yuk).
Popped into Topshop and snagged a pair of black, faux croc slip on sneaks.

Oh yeah, whoops, forgot to mention that I chopped my hair off before my Frankfurt trip :-). I'm loving the ease and freshness it brings to my outfits. Tempted though I was, I did not buy an Octoberfest frock or lederhosen, though they were everywhere! What do you think about this dress...so colorful!? And who knew lederhosen came in denim...that must make them denimhosen then, I suppose?

Fall is in the air and soon the Fabbers will descend on Seattle and Inge! Can't wait!
