Many times I can wear a regular misses size instead of petite. I took a chance and ordered these. They look like full length pants on short little me, but they aren't too long and they fit well. I love the color.

I'm not sure yet. I do have another pair of pants that are this color, and some tops that go with it. What I'm not sure of is the shoes. I could tuck them into boots, but am wondering what else I can do. I'll need to wait until I feel better so I can try on some combos to see what works. I've had some sort of virus for over a week now, and it seems like it's never going to end.

I like these a lot! I have a pair of jeans in a similar color from F21, and I wear them a lot.

My wide, fussy feet would walk right out of flats, and the pointed toes would literally kill me. It would look good if I could do it, but alas I can't. I'll have to figure something else out. Thanks, though!

I think I take it for granted that I don't have fussy feet! Your skinnies will be fab in tall or short boots as long as they don't rub on the zips. The green will look good with a variety of neutrals, too. Looking forward to seeing how you style them!

Thanks, everyone. It's been years since I've had pants with zippers at the ankles, so I hope to highlight that. It's going to take some creativity, though. I'll be sure to post pics once I figure it all out.

Those are great! I love the zippers and the color. The description says they convert in length with a button tab? That might be a neat feature--you could wear them shorter, too.

Firecracker, I somehow missed the part about converting the length. I'll have to check that out, as I may want to wear them shorter from time to time.

The minute I got them home, I washed them (I already had a full load, so no biggie to add them) and hung them up to dry. Like other NYDJ pants I own, they aren't supposed to go in the dryer. They were a little wrinkly once dry, so I put them in the dryer on the no heat fluff cycle for about 30 minutes. That was enough to get the wrinkles out.

Frankly, bettycrocker, I wouldn't hold high hopes for the button tab if you didn't notice it already. Sometimes details like that in online descriptions don't get edited out from a different product. I look forward to seeing you in the new pants, anyway!

Well, I lost weight while sick. That's a good thing, because I needed to lose it anyway. However, the pants now fit more loosely and I'm wondering if I should put them in the dryer next time I wash them just so they'll shrink a little.

I'm wearing them today with a flowing top and the ankle zippers unzipped over black ankle boots. In so doing, the buckles on the sides of the boots show.

I tried to tuck them into tall black boots, but the pant legs are not slim enough and it looks funny to tuck them in, if that makes any sense.

I love jeans with zippers for the edge they give a simple outfit. Like someone said above, if they came in talls I'd have ordered them too, but it's so rare anyone seems to make the fun ones in long inseams! Enjoy them for me and I'll live vicariously through you!
