I've just started to pack and thought I'd snap some quick pics to show you what I'm taking for four days. My bag is rather full with clothes my sister wants and some Christmas stuff (already!) so there's not that much room left. Plus I have to take the bag to work tomorrow because I don't have time to go home again after work. My travel oufit is part of this, although I'm not sure yet what I'm going to wear. Probably the skirt and the pullover.

#1/2
Only outerwear and shoes I'm taking.

#3
Thin button down shirt, Blues Brothers T-shirt, charcoal bf wool cardigan and slouchy green wool pullover.

#4
New black skinnies and black belt, checked wool skirt and hose (taking more than the one pair here because of the need for layering).

#5
Scarf doubling up as travel blanket and handbag.

#6
Only accessories that I will be wearing.

I'm also taking two pair of socks (smartwool), undies, one bra and a cami. Long wool leggings doubling up as underlayer and pajama pants and a tee for sleeping in or layering under the wool pullover. I think that's it.

That makes these outfit combinations (always with the boots of course):

Skinnies with
- wool pullover
- half tucked tee and cardigan
- button down shirt
- button down shirt and cardigan

Skirt with
- wool pullover
- tucked tee and cardigan

It would have been better if the button down shirt would also go with the skirt and I first thought I should take something different because of that, but it's going to make a nice outfit to wear on my birthday so I'm going with it. With the shirt I'll be pulled together when I'm inside (with rolled sleeves when it's warm) and I can layer the cardigan over for the time I'm outside walking (or inside when it's colder).

ETA

I had forgotten the pic with the bag and scarf, I fixed it.
