Angie, it's a free app called Bitmoji. I didn't realize the outfit choices were so real - and feature some brands, like Steve Madden and Joie. You basically assemble your avatar from scratch and then you can use all the images.

I did it! I created one. Just so you know--this is a revolution. I just got a hand-me-down smartphone, and I can barely use it, but I managed to download the app, create my bitmoji, send it to my DH in an email, and copy the photo to upload here. That's a lot of tricks for this old dog.
