I am loving my Fit bit One for motivation to move more each day... Like so many of us either in an office all day or like myself at home with my homeschooler, most of us are more sedentary than is healthy...
In my push for weight loss... I am on the move..My morning walks take up around 6500 steps and I am finding myself motivated to jog in my kitchen while dinner is cooking or do a few squats or my resistance bands, etch watching the numbers climb determined to get to that magic 10,000... yesterday I made it to 11,000.. Today will be my biggest challenge as no morning walk- homeschool bowling day... This one will be tough, but that little Firt bit will be there sitting on my bra strap nagging me to do it... Just the motivation I need...
