This is a dress I picked up at Kohls last month, desperate for something cool and comfy while it was still a gazillion degrees outside. I put a long sleeve t underneath and added leggings today.
Belt, or no belt? (I think I've already answered my own question after seeing it in the pics, but would love to get everyone's opinion)
