Monday: Black tunic, black polka-dotted camisole, pearls, clamdigger jeans, Gelato sandals. I posted asking for advice about how to wear this tunic, and this is my first attempt. I wore a black camisole with white polka dots under it, which you can't really see except where it peeks out at the neck, but it still seemed fun. Do you think this would look better without the tie belt?
Tuesday: Blue cowl-neck tshirt, black v-neck seater, jeans, Keen shoes. This is becoming one of my standard outfits - I wore the same thing but in different colors last week. I'm guessing people won't like the shoes but I went for comfort.
Wednesday: Pencil skirt, 2nd try. My first attempt at wearing this didn't go so well, and the main advice was to try longer leggings. So here it is with my brand-new stirrup leggings, a red camisole tucked in, pearls, black cardigan, and red Ecco flats. I wasn't sure if stirrup leggings with flats are a good look. What do you think?
Thursday: BCBG blouse, white blazer, new black skinny jeans, Gelato sandals. Trying the blazer was more of an experiment for fall than anything I actually wore, because it was hot today.
Angie and other skinny jean experts - is this the right amount of scrunch to have around the ankles? It feels like a lot to me, I'm wondering if the jeans need hemming.
Friday: Plaid ruffled top, black long cardigan, jeans, brown shoes. These shoes weren't too popular when I wore them before, but I kind of like them again.
Saturday: Red camisole, green banded top, blue cardigan, jeans, Keen sneakers. Another pair of shoes that are not beloved here, but I thought they might work with this casual outfit. After putting the layers on I realized that my coral/turquoise necklace had the same colors and might work with this outfit. What do you think?
