Based on Angie's comment on the last thread where I wore red leggings. Angie - are you saying that one shoulnd't wear leggings ever as statement pieces? Or that there was more than one statement piece in the outfit? And also, what are your thoughts about length of leggings with skirts and dresses? Thank you!
