Ana, I'd say that the dress is slightly big, but the sleeves are tight! The one on the picture is a size 0, and I'm certainly not a 0 ( according to VS size chart, I'm 4/6)! I originally bought 2, but it was too big around the waist, and when belted it bunched weirdly, and the shoulder seam was a bit too big as well. So the 0 is fine, but that band on the sleeve is pretty tight around my arm. But it buttons, so I can always unbutton it and roll the sleeve. I'd say that the sizing is very comparable to ATL, maybe just a bit smaller.
Antje, I'll check out Express. I actually already have a black rayon jersey shirtdress, but it hits me at the knee and I am not too sure if it's not too long to wear over skinnies.
