last minute Miami trip for a 3 day weekend

and I am going to try and take some of my more recent highly rated items
Let's see if I can get a cohesive day tripping/night on the town capsule out of it all. Here are the contenders, along with my blush chiffon tank and metallic gladiators. It's going to be between 68 -78 roughly with maybe some showers.

Can you let us know what you envision you'll be doing there?

I say the black dress for the night out!! YES!

And with the weather, the jacket might certainly be handy at night?

Red jeans is a great casual daytime outfit...

I hope you have loads of fun. All items look fresh and fit for purpose! IMHO, though, I would use the maxi as a beach cover - if worn for day outings, the girls need a little lift.

Honestly, we are sick of seeing Tampa and Jacksonville on our mini vacation long weekends lol. We know that we won't take a trip especially to see Miami when we're moved back to CA so we figured we'd just go and play tourist while we're still living in the state and can get there by driving.
Also the seller who shipped the BF's suit is there and we will see in person about removing pants pleats, ordering a blue suit, etc.
So, dining, drinking, shopping, beach or pool lying, etc lol. 3 daytime outfits and 2 nighttime outfits.

Lucky gal! I like all of the pieces you've shown here. Miami is muy caliente, weather and fashion wise, so I think those dresses are perfection for anything you plan to do there (other than swim and lie by the pool, lol). Jacket will probably be a little warm, but you might need it for evenings...? I think you should also throw in some shorts and a lightweight (cotton) skirt. Have a great trip!

Black dress for dining, red pants for drinking/bar-going (hm, have you considered the plaid jacket with the red pants?), maxi for beach-laying...

Do you have shoe options in case of showers? I don't recall if your gladiators and booties are waterproofed or whatnot.

Lol - the jacket will NOT go with the red pants hee hee. I'm bringing my khaki skirt and either my True Religions (or if they fit when they come, my gray skinny cargo cords) which will go with the jacket.
Might rain, but it won't be cold so I don't mind if I get caught with my gladiators on. Will have to think about the booties and water, though. Hmm.

Hehe. Ah, yes, the gladiators can probably stand a bit of moisture. And now the cords definitely have to work - you have an outfit all ready for them!
