I had to return a couple of Gap items today so had a bit of return money to play with. When Dianthus and I went shopping a couple of weeks ago, I had tried on a pair of white denim pants by Canadian designer Jeanne Bekker that we liked. Unfortunately the pair I had tried on were too big and they didn't have a smaller size. However, when I was walking through The Bay today, they had restocked and they now had my size.

These are a beautiful weight - not so heavy that you couldn't wear them in warmer weather, but not so light as to be see through. They are a mid rise, straight leg jean. They are super comfortable on and I quite liked what I saw in the mirror. This is the type of white jean I'm going for - not skinny. Please keep in mind when looking at the pics that I will NEVER be tucking into these as I'm not comfortable with that with white bottoms so my behind will always be covered. As well, I'm wearing black underwear so that may show through a bit - obviously I wouldn't do that IRL. They need about 4 inches cut off the hem but for pic purposes, I have tucked the excess fabric inside so hopefully you get a realistic view of the leg fit. I really like these - but white is a whole new world for me, so I could be seeing things out of whack. What do you think - keep or return?
