Stopped by Gap today and tried on 4 different sizes of the sexy boyfriend, 00-4. My normal size is a 2/26. The 4's were clinging to my narrow hips for dear life and are probably Angie's preferred fit, but I don't want to wear a belt and I'm afraid they would slip. The 00's fit like a relaxed high-rise jean; I mostly tried them because I was curious how large they ran vs. "normal" jeans.
Like Transcona Shannon, I had to roll these 4 times to get the length depicted below. But I think they might have potential with just one or two small rolls as a full-length jean over boots, so I don't know whether the regular or petite length is best.
Pictures: #1 is the size 4 and #2-3 are the size 2. I would go with the 2 to buy, but right now the price is still too high for me for an untested trend.
