Hi Juli. I'm still in style school, but I'll take a crack...I think the cut of the jeans is better than the first one you posted. I think the jeans need to be longer (I have trouble finding jeans that are long enough for me, so I hate saying that). I like the sweater. It falls into a more casual look than the jacket you first posted. It's nice cinched in at the waist and with the shirt peeking out below. You wear red well.
I love your necklace and the boots look comfy. Do you like Frye shoes? I haven't ever tried them and wasn't sure if they're worth the price.
Edit: on second glance, the jeans may be long enough...might just be the boots causing them to bunch. I still like the jeans though
