I will apologize in advance, I’m not sure why some of my pic’s came out dark & fuzzy this week. I’ll try to watch that! Any feedback in much appreciated.

Monday: (Jag white capri’s, Talbot’s black empire waist tank, AT black jacket, black Fry’e, crystal/leather jewelry)
~ The AT black jacket was marked down right after the holiday's from over $100 to $20 maybe? Can't remember but I was reading someplace recently (probably here) about mixing in some holiday pieces with other things so I tried it. Just not the best photo quality!

Tuesday: (Talbots microcheck camel pants, brown linen jacket, cream empire waist t, bronze & leather jewelry)

Wednesday: N/A lounged while I worked from home.

Thursday: (DKNY jeans, black Limited rayon t, black BR jacket, leather & oxidized jewels, black lava bracelet, cheap lightweight bangles via Kohl’s, Dolce Vita snake flats)

Friday: (Ck jeans-rolled up, Eddie Bauer striped button down ($1.99 @ thrift shop), pink Vaneli sandals, ruby jade & pearl jewels)
~ I'm not sure why but I love a red/pink color combination!

Saturday: (CK bremuda shorts, Glima? Tye-dye’ish ¾ sleeve t, howlite & leather jewels, bronze Bandalino peep toe flats & denim jacket not shown)

Sunday: (Polo white denim capri’s, white fitted t, light denim jacket with pearl/rhinestone detail ($8 @ consignment), pearls

I especially love the Saturday outfit (the pendant necklace really picks up the right colors in the printed tee) and Tuesday (the Talbots microchecks look cute, and the mixed necklaces are BEAUTIFUL together!)

I also like how Saturday's earthy shirt print gives off an animal-print vibe that is very "you" even though it's not actually an animal pattern.

I wish I could bring you over to my closet and have you pick out what to wear with some necklaces that are currently stumping me!

Kari, you crack me up! Post another thread with your necklaces (close up & on you) and we can all give you ideas! I need to see the clasps as well though. Also, if you can measure the length (18", 30", etc.) that will help.

LOL - I thought of you today. I had on the practically all white outfit we left for the graduation Open House & got about a block from home...I looked down & I had grabbed something out of my purse & my blush had cracked inside my purse and the compact had come open. Voila - there I was with blush on white pants right in my lap! Needless to say, we turned around & I put on another pair!

Nice! I really like the green pendant with the "tie-dye-ish" shirt; the colors are terrific together. I am a sucker for pink and red too; my eye got all excited when I saw your striped top.

Oh no, how inconvenient! That sounds exactly like something I would do, unfortunately. In fact, I *have* had something similar happen involving white jeans and rhubarb pie. I hope you're able to get the blush out of your pants. At least with white you can usually solve the problem via bleaching...

And yes, I'll probably do an "orphan necklace" post one of these days. I'm especially unsure about wearing choker-length pieces.

Kristen - thanks! I know, I don't know what it is about red/pink. It's similar to coral/turquoise for me....LOVE the combo's!

Kari, it did come out. Just pulled them out of the laundry now - whew!! On the choker-length one's - what's the clasp like(if they have one)? Can you put an extender (or 2) on? Those are LIFESAVERS for me! I can typically wear a shorter necklace with a higher collar shirt the best. Unless I do the extender(s) of course.

Oh good, I'm glad that the stain lifted!

JewelryGirl, if you have the time, I would love your ideas on one piece in particular. I just posted an outfit with the most problematic choker-length necklace in a "what I wore" thread - it's a twisted green necklace with multiple strands of seed beads and a beautiful but un-alterable clasp - unfortunately, extenders won't work on this one.

(Here are some pictures, but if you'd rather reply on the thread I just started, feel free to do that too - I don't want to hijack yours with my own issues! And no worries if you don't have time.)
