Thanks! Just got done with the internship interview. I feel it went well but who knows. The place was super high fashion with pictures of celebs wearing their jewelry plastered all over the walls. Not sure if I'm what they're really looking for.

Heading home to change into my Anthro outfit and then off to that interview...

So... the Anthro interview went well, I think? It wasn't a group interview like Maya's. They were doing individual interviews, which I was happy about. If I did well I'll get a call for a second interview within a couple weeks.

I wore my skirt/polka dot top/fuchsia shoes outfit and felt cute! I was happy to see a very similar skirt on a mannequin in the window! Glad I listened to Angie! :)

You must be exhausted after two interviews in one day, I recommend a long soak in the tub as a reward!

That's nice that the Anthropologie interview was individual. I much prefer individual interviews to group interviews - it makes me think that the hiring manager is a more skilled pre-screener & more inclined to take me seriously as a candidate.

That's great that they did an individual interview. Mine was sort of weird. We basically had to "jump in" with an answer, so I tried to answer first as much as possible without being annoying. Also, I wonder if they will even remember me...and be able to associate my application with me. The interviewer did not take it from me. I had to give it to a store employee. So that was sort of weird.

Maya, did you have to go online and take an opinion survey after your interview? It was such an odd survey, with a great percentage of the questions relating to drug use and stealing.

I'm sure the interviewer will remember you! Did they take any notes or anything? So weird that the interviewer didn't take your application! Very odd. The set-up was totally different here! They interviewed people on a first come first serve basis, so I was able to give my application and resume to the interviewer. I wish your interview was more like that!
