So I had a few minutes to kill while waiting for the fiancé this evening, so I popped into gap to check out the pointe knit gap piped academy blazer. I was very impressed! The fabric is very substantial with some structure even though it is a knit. It's definitely a cool weather blazer. What made me happiest was that it is short enough for me (fellow short-waisters, take note!). The double button closure made the stance nice and high too. The arms were the right length on me. It fit well in my normal size, although I might size up if I wanted to layer a lot under it.
Sorry, no photos as I did not have a camera on me and had little time. But I hope this is helpful! I did not buy because they did not have the vamp red, and am hoping it will pop back online. Although I did try a nice light grey with citron piping that is not on the website...
