So pretty! Way to de-bombshell that skirt!

Wow, simply gorgeous! The shape is awesome. I have a fushia knit top with that shape from Racheal Pally that I need to style. I was planning to try it with skinnys but I will try a pencil skirt too. The colors could not be more perfect for you. Amazing outfit!

Kari I'm not sure there is anything left for me to say:). This looks beautiful. I have always thought bigger busted girls couldn't wear a banded bottom top like this, but you have proven otherwise. This is very flattering and the colors so attractive - you look beautiful! And while it's a new silhouette, it's still very "Kari". Just lovely.

Thanks! I'm utterly amazed too that this feels so much like me, and is utterly comfortable and fuss proof, when it is a totally different shape. I guess my style just evolved there over time!

LOVE THIS ON YOU!! One of my very favorite looks of yours ever!

Deborah, I didn't think so either. In the past when I've tried out tops like this, I looked like I was all breasts and hips. I guess this one is just cut right for me.

Gosh I like those strong colors on you...really goes with your lovely skin and hair

Wonderful top on you, Kari! And I'm swooning over how you've styled it here. I have always had a weakness for that color combination because those are the colors of the flag of my homeland.

I saw the top at Nordstrom and I will probably buy it before it disappears. I'm not Queen Pencil Skirt like you, so I'd wear it with my white jeans. I'm busty, but thick-waisted and slim-hipped. I find that a top with a banded hem works really well on me, especially with a split neckline for more bustline flattery.

Wow, Kari, this is gorgeous. I love the silhouette, and colors are TDF.

Chrizzle, you're absolutely right! I didn't realize I was sporting an all-out interpretation of the Jamaican flag. Very cool. I hope that the top works for you. In my opinion, it's a GREAT top for a busty woman because of the way it drapes. (I've just added a photo up above of me from the side in the dressing room mirror - not a clear photo, but nevertheless it might give you an idea of how the fabric lays.) It doesn't make me feel like I'm a blocky unit between my shoulders, breasts, and hips; it really drapes well with my curves. And since you are more slim-hipped than I, I'm willing to bet that you will ROCK this blouse.

I knew this was going to be a great top for you but never imagined it would be this amazingly wow. You look stunning Kari. The color and cut of the top and the fitted skirt all work together to create a gorgeous silhouette.

The color, fit and styling is gorgeous on you. Isn't it freeing to have a little breathing room and not be wearing a shapeless tent? You look gorgeous.

Wow - this is *amazing* on you Kari! Just for the record, I think you look fabulous in these green colours, and furthermore - this (new-to-you) silhouette is to die for. Just love it on you, and how fun, to try something new and have it work out so beautifully!

SO gorgeous, both the top and skirt look tailor made for you! I adore this outfit, and the green looks AMAZING with your hair. May I request that you wear this blouse when I see you later this month?

Aida, it would be my pleasure - I love showing off my latest finds that I'm proud of when I'm with the YLF crew!

Yay, I can't wait even more now!

Stunning - the color, the silhouette, everything! Feels good to try new things every now and then isn't it? And then to have it be successful? Even better!

This looks fantastic, Kari! What a gorgeous color on you. I love it with the green earrings in pic #3 as well.

Ana, I definitely plan to wear it with those earrings - and with the aqua shoes too - paired with a black skirt or pants at some point in the future.

This is still totally Kari Bombshell! I love it on you!

This is beyond awesome! You look great. Congrats on trying something new and looking spectacular in it.

Thank you! It guess it just took the right piece and YEARS to get used to the idea before I felt comfortable trying the look.

That blouse looks stunning on you. Yay for trying something out of the box!

Thank you so much, Cheryl. It was definitely way out of my comfort zone but paid off so well. I've just ordered a pair of black walking shorts from Karen Kane that I'm looking forward to trying out with this blouse in the summer (provided that they work out!)

OMG, Kari, this knocks my socks off.

Agreeing with the chorus: You look gorgeous in these colors and I love the silhouette on you!

I LOVE this look on you - the colors are vibrant and so perfect for your skin tone and hair. I think the silhouette is lovely - it makes you seem curvy in all the right spots while also sophisticated!

Thanks! You know what, even though the silhouette is quite different, the way this combo highlights my curves in a positive way reminds me of how I felt when I tried the tiered, striped Bailey 44 dress on. I was totally shocked at how well it worked!
