I tried a Google shopping search for "frock coat" and then narrowed it to women's and got some similar silhouettes.
Alexander McQueen, sigh.

And a more casual take - also comes in black and grey.

Gorgeous--reminds me of black calla lilies. Not for the vertically challenged, I'm afraid, though maybe if the flares were narrowed, and the jacket shortened a bit . . . but then it wouldn't have that grace, would it?

Revolutionary chic! I love it.

Love this! The shape of the coat echoing the crops' flare is sculptural to my eye. Perhaps a fleeting moment, but somehow current and classic.

FWIW- I was pleasantly surprised at how well I like my long black Classique Entier jacket from last year's NAS (you have it in that great green) with slim ankle dress pants and black cropped flares. I like it better than with regular length pants, as the gap lightens up the visual weight of it, which may be higher in the black.

Thanks for sharing this look- quite appealing!

In the photo, the outfit is amazing with its drama and shape.
