Out of the blue today, a coworker of mine who is also a friend pulled out this amazing pair of cherry vintage MIE brogue Docs from her bag and handed them to me! She remembered me saying ages ago that I had been on the lookout for a pair of brogues but the style has been discontinued for a while. They've only been worn once or twice, she was given them by a guy friend on the weekend who suggested she could save them for her son when he grows up. But she immediately thought of me, and they fit!
How lucky is that? I am over the moon.
