J. Crew has been a little bad about this lately, and I don't know why because I used to get exactly what I saw. I haven't gotten a new monitor or anything. Has anyone else had this experience?

I sort of wish I had bought orange now, but I wanted to try something different from my usual color palette. Oh well. I actually don't hate the color, but I think I need some help figuring out what to pair it with. I am planning on wearing it under my white linen/cotton blazer, and probably a black v-neck sweater, but what other colors would work?

Bright pink, or is that blindingly colorful?

I probably wouldn't pair it with these particular items, just the colors--except maybe the vest, I like that. I have the same vest in a color very close to the first sweater in bright pink.

Ana, I had the exact same experience with my light citron clam diggers. They turned out to be a glow in the dark neon yellow. The website looked nothing like the color that actually arrived on my doorstep! I've been a little leery of J Crew colorful items lately for that very reason. That being said, I like it in all the color combinations you've put together. I like the cobalt blue best, but the navy vest looks great too. I think you can definitely tone down the brightness of the top. It's fits you very nicely!

That's a beautiful blouse, and very "Ana"!
I have to say that I don't really like the orange nor the cobalt blue with it, though. I find the contrast too jarring, almost shrill. Love the navy blue (though the vest hides too much of the blouse; but the color is super).
Have you tried a warm rich red at all? I could imagine that that works, at least as an accessory if not as a jacket. Otherwise I would probably stick to navy/ink blue, black, and white.

Hi Ana, I love that blouse on you. I agree with Lannie & Dani, I like ALL the color combos and the actual items you've put together. My favorites are navy and cobalt tough.

Ana, you wear the colour well! It's perfect with a white cami underneath. Keeps it clean. (Same goes for the white blazer you intend to wear on top).

All the colour combos work wonderfully well. Go for it!

That is a very nice top! Personally I liked the pink and the navy blue. I found the cobalt blue a little too jarring, but that may just be my uneducated eye.
