How do I wear this top?

My top has a drawstring around the bottom, but the top reaches about to my crotch. How am I supposed to use this drawstring? Wish I would have thought about this before I bought it... http://i973.photobucket.com/al.....hirt-1.jpg

I think that you can tie it and have it be bunched up above your crotch for a voluminous look.

I am no expert but I feel that you could either tie the strings to make it a voluminous top with a banded bottom.Another option would be to wear it as it is,just tie the strings.
