I think it would be helpful to know what sort of activities you'll be doing mostly. Like will you walk a lot? Or is it going to be a relax and chill holiday? Also, might you need one or two dressier items for dinners out in the evenings.
I would hazard a guess that some light layers like denim jacket, cardigans, a cotton sweater or two, some layering tops/ tees. Some dressy trousers, one dressier dress, some dressy shoes to wear with both items.
Some casual walking shoes, a pair of sandals(flip flops too maybe) and some linen mix trousers or some comfy cropped jeans. Maybe a sundress or some shorts as well. Don't forget some swimwear too.
