Help me pick an interview outfit

I have two interviews tomorrow and a substitute teacher work shop on Thurs.
Both interviews tomorrow are at a communications company in two different departments.
If these don't work. I can try something else.
First outfit
BR Sloan pants black and white jacket with black and white shirt
Second outfit
The same with ink shell underneath
Third outfit
Eliza J dress
All comments welcomed.

Wow, that's a tough order!

First off, do you know if people at the company dress casually (or the reverse)?

Will both interviews include some of the same people?

(Congratulations on getting these interviews, by the way).

I do think the Sloan pants can for sure work, whichever top and topper options you end up going with.

I like the Sloan pants and have a slight preference for the first outfit. I'm not exactly sure why, maybe it seems softer and makes you look more trustworthy while the entire look is still professional.

I prefer #2 - I find the pattern in the blouse and colorblock in the jacket too distracting. This jacket is such a strong piece that I think wearing a column of dark neutrals under it is the best choice.

I don't think you could go wrong with any of these outfits. I think I like #2 best of your Sloan pant outfits as it seems more sophisticated. That black and white jacket is gorgeous. Best of luck getting the job that you want most.

I prefer the first outfit. I know what Sveta is saying about the pattern vs. the colorblock, but I feel more distracted by the black-plus-navy-plus-colorblock combo in 2. I guess I feel like black and navy together are a strong combo and require a very simple support act. If the jacket were solid black, that would be easier for my eye to process.

I feel like the dress is not quite business-y enough for an interview.

I think I would go with the trousers, Debbie. Version 2 with the ink shell looks great, but I especially love version 1 because the white in that beautiful blouse echoes the white sleeves on your jacket (which is gorgeous, by the way). I personally don't find the combination distracting at all, it's a modern and professional look that has personality.

I love all three outfits -- I would love to own that dress and that jacket, please!!! -- but for the interview, I vote for #1. I think it's polished, modern, and chic. And your hair looks wonderful. Good luck!

I went with outfit # 1and I think the interviews went well. I should know on Fri. The dress code at this company is extremely casual. One of the woman that interviewed me was wearing flip flops. Either position would be challenging but easy to dress for.

i shudder at flip flops for work. havaianas? or dollar store like mine!
