Hi everyone. How was your week?

I've noticed a couple of changes that make me very happy. I sometimes have to squat at work and I've noticed that when I go to get up, I don't have to hold on to anything to help myself up. And I'm a ess wobbly when I'm walking. Now if only I could do something about running into door frames and counters...

One of my big goals this week is to try and figure if there is a pattern for when I have a sugar craving. And now that the weather is nicer, I want to spend part of my lunch break walking around my building.
