This felt like a full week of almost not working out. Many evenings, I almost didn't go to the gym, which meant leaving home too late to allow for a full workout. Winter/fatigue/lack of energy. I ended up squeezing in a bare bones workout everyday, working up to a single squat and bench single, and then adding in a doubles/triples at lower weights.

This week's highlights:
Squatting 205lb (PR), and then doing a 185lb triple (PR) afterward;
Benching 145lb, and then doing a 125lb triple, and a 130lb triple afterward.
