Janet, what an amazing building!

Cooking-When I'm in the mood, trying new recipes really helps. Last night I made something new that was unbelievably fast, but because it had a new to us flavor profile (lime juice) it was a nice lift. The only problem was, it didn't have enough calories and we were hungry again later.

Cutting off everything except water at 9pm is working. I think because I posted it here I am taking it more seriously. Thanks Sally for the thread, and to everyone participating.

Regarding lessening inflammation, I do several things, and have for quite awhile. The easiest one is having a glass of tart cherry juice at breakfast everyday. In the US it's easy to find in the grocery store. For me cutting out gluten has made a big difference too. At social events I don't worry about it, but at home there's no gluten. I have loved bread my entire life, but it turns out I love pain free joints more. I've self prescribed a number of supplements that I take daily as well. I know my body well enough now, that I can tell immediately by how my hands feel, whether there's some inflammation creeping in...
