The first week of the year has been great as far as exercise is concerned.

I did my daily minimum bench and squat five days this week, missing one day because of travel.

Early in the week, I hit a PR bench press of 135lbs, and just yesterday, 140lbs! I'm very excited to have graduated to the largest plates after chasing this for so long. Daily max squats were 180lb-185lb.

Food habits have been pretty normal. I'm really enjoying eating Greek yogurt with fruit, toasted coconut, and spearmint flakes.
