It has been a good-ish week for me. Lots of exercise (two walks, two gym sessions, lots of gardening, one bike ride)..and eating whole foods/healthy produce. Oranges are good right now, I had my first asparagus of the season, and some lovely fennel too.

Goal at the moment is to be active, eat whole foods and keep the sugar low. I am doing well at these things without being an absolute champion.....

Even wore the new bikini in the weekend!
