Not so good here. Got a new workout programme at the gym, which is good - pretty cut back with less weight and more concentration on getting form right, Have done once with the PT and did a bit on my own today. Walked 5km parkrun on sat with my daughters.
I am going to go to a physio on Thurs and hope that they'll give me the ok to start cycling to work and running again (I've had a knee issue) I feel like I've been doing vastly less exercise lately - but am still feeling pretty tired. Have put myself back on iron tablets.
The PT also suggested I keep a food diary for 2 weeks and he'd look at it. You'd think that would restrain me but sadly I've had a terrible time with overeating, PMT eating, stress eating, I want-to-bake eating etc etc!! Not surprisingly my weight is up a bit.
Hopeful for better things soon.
