I had a good week last week. Two boot camp classes, a walk around the Rose Bowl, a private training session, and a tap class. And I am happy to report my weight is back to pre-Christmas levels.
Up this week: One trainer session, four boot camps, and a tap class. Food is going reasonably well so I'm staying the course.
I don't know if I mentioned it, but New Guy and I were having a bit of a dilemma about food and alcohol. He is a big guy (6' tall and a lot of muscle) and I was trying to keep up with his cocktail before dinner and wine with dinner, and I'm not a big eater at all so I am happy with appetizers and no entree, and he was following suit. Which ended up meaning I was turning into an alcoholic and he was starving to death! LOL We've got it pretty well sorted out finally (I order a cocktail and only drink half; I order an appetizer instead of an entree and he orders a full entree). But it was pretty funny there for a while!
