Like Shedev, sleep has been my HEWI lately. Terminally ill estranged mother and spoiled brat brother are not helping;-).
Anyway, after a groin strain early last month, I've been grounded for a few weeks. Extremely frustrating! Starting to get back to some moderate walking this week. Also, I am thrilled that I finally found a fitness studio that I am loving. I did 5 classes last week and will do 5 again this week. I've tried and enjoyed 2 yoga classes, an upper body strength class (doing another tomorrow), a lower body strength class, and a flex/core class. It's a new studio, so in those 5 classes, only 2 have had one other participant. It's basically personal training. In addtion to upper body strength, I'll do a yoga class, a lower body strength class, a cardio/core class and a flex/core class.
On the diet front, I always eat well, but I have been eating *more* lately. I need to remember that more of a good thing is not better;-)
