I have been slacking off at the gym and my mood has been suffering as a result., so this week I've signed up for two boot camp classes in addition to my usual two trainer sessions.
Last week was better -- I did two trainer sessions, a walk around the Rose Bowl, and a boot camp class. Feeling better already!
Food has been hit or miss. With all the dust and dirt in the house it's hard to do much cooking so I've been living on frozen meals from Trader Joe's, which isn't exactly optimal. Unfortunately that will probably continue for a few more weeks.
Weight is still at the high end of my normal range. Hopefully I can drop a pound or two with the increased exercise.
