Shedev, it really is hard to be active when the weather is not good.
Robin, it looks like you have a very well-rounded exercise plan.
Carla, good luck on the triathlon. You are a brave woman.
Kiwigal, good for you for getting in that many sessions and eating well without a kitchen.
Una, exercise is so much easier when it is fun and outdoors. It sounds like you really take advantage of the beauty of your environment.
I wore my fitbit for the first time in ages last week and have been pretty good at hitting my 10K steps. I did a few short runs in the last two weeks and have been golfing once a week. It isn't much but far more than I had been doing.
I started the whole 30 program on Saturday morning and so far so good. The authors warn that many people feel "hungover" on days 2-3 but so far so good. I did try to segue into it by reducing sugar and dairy for the week leading up to the start date and have been experimenting with recipes. I am not getting too confident because I may just be a day or two behind the normal reactions.
