I have been unsure about Converse because I LOVE them on guys, but I'm such a girly-girl that it's hard to reconcile the two. =P Today I stopped in Plato's Closet, and there was a pair of Converse sitting on the shelf for $12 - in my size! Now that I've discovered they're really comfy and I might like them (let's not call it love just yet), I'm in sort of a dilemma; they're this boring tan color. =P Watcha think?

As cheap as they are, I don't have excess money and I'd rather save towards a color I'm excited about (red!). At the same time I'm not sure I love them enough to invest a hunk in a brand new pair. And I have my eye on a pair of Coach sneaks (sale!) that I still think are more my style, so I can only afford one or the other. *sigh*
In other news, I scored this perfect-fitting military style jacket that is lined and super warm. I knew the instant I saw it on the hanger that it was going to be a keeper. =)

And since I mentioned how much I love cons on guys....one of my guy friends wore this really cool outfit recently, which I think is very YLF worthy. You can't really tell from the pic, but the shirt and vest are pinstriped. With the hat, red tie, watch, and converse....even I was a little style-jealous. LOL
