Lady, your hair looks AMAZING. That cut is fantastic on you.

Aww, thank you so much Cait!!

Da bomb! I love it! I'm following this thread too to get thoughts on waxes etc. as I'm recently gone short as well. I have fine, color treated hair and we just tried a few foils on the longer side to see how it holds up, as I'd like some depth and possibly color. Am thinking maybe to try some colored hair chalk for safety's sake and to test colors. Have you considered that option?

Thank you, Dashielle! I haven't considered using hair chalk, but I wouldn't mind trying it! I might try it very soon.

Adorable! This cut really suits you.

Your new 'do is super-cute!

The new cut is very flattering. It's simple yet sophisticated.

It looks fantastic! Great change.

I love it - so fresh, and I love that you can wear it in a more classic or funky way; I think it will be super-versatile. Looks amazing - great decision. Can't wait to see the teal highlights when your hair is ready for it!

More love from me. Killer new 'do. Enjoy.

Sorry I didn't answer your question sooner...
These are the products I use (not all together):
Aquage transforming paste - this one tends to be on the light side, flexible and not too heavy. It has little fibers that let you mold the shape without too much weigh down.
Redkin wax blast - this one is light because it is aerosol, but has some good ability to shape and hold without weight.
Redkin Rough Paste - heavier paste, but my hair likes it and I do sometimes layer this over the wax blast to get a more piece-y effect.
Redkin Rewind - I use this the least. It is similar to the Aquage, but even lighter. It has fibers in it too. When you rub your hands together, then clap over your head, it's like spider webs rain down. It is a bit too light and flexible for me.
Loma forming paste - nice smell, heavier than Aquage but not as much as rough paste. It is a nice mild paste.

And thank you for your sweet compliment.
